Hi

As far as I know, Application 2 when opened by someone else, will get up
to the last update, but not the one being current written in Application
1.

I'don't think there is any way to open Application 2 and the user to see
the update as it happens, simply because Application1 is separate, and will
cache the response until completed then update Application 2
