It isn't bullet proof, but what about using... [forgive Charles you had 
explained this to me months ago but the name escapes]... those images that show 
letters and numbers randomly with some blurring and distortion... That way the 
user has to confirm what it is before the submit is committed.

I wrote an classic ASP guestbook for a site years ago and has been working
very well. Lately I have a new problem: allot of SPAM is being inserted into
the guestbook in both cases by manual entry and bots. Can anyone point me to
some articles/resources or even blacklists or words/regexps that I can use
to formulate some kind of solution?
