You have the same DLL in more than one BIN directory.
Marking or utnmarknig the parent of the conflicitng BIN directory as an
application will cause the problem to stop.
Basically
local machine
\bin directory
\blah\ directory
\blah\bin\ directory
\blah2\ directory
\blah2\bin\ directory
server machine
\bin
\blah\ directory
\blah\bin\ directory
\blah2\ directory
\blah2\bin\ directory
If a dll say xyz.dll appears in all 3 directories any reference to it could
be ambigous marking all 3 as applications would solve it.
MARK THE DIRECTORIES AS APPS on local machine same as server and ambigutiy
dissapears,
