I am getting the following error

while trying to access a html file for manipulation with following code
..getting error .
Stream obStrm=File.Open(Server.MapPath("ReportPrint.htm"),FileMode.Open
,FileAccess.ReadWrite);
StreamWriter objWriter=new StreamWriter(obStrm);
any idea ...!!
