Sunard, If you are well versed in ASP.Net and VB.Net I would simply use the tuturials online at www.asp.net to learn the syntax. I didn't know the frame work, or even VB before learning C# and that is all I used. It saved some money in the beginning for me. Just a thought. If you have a Java background (which I did) C# is not really that different.
