Dhaval,

Try making that DDL a server-side HTML Control by
adding runat="server".

Ex.

<form runat="server" ID="FormDDL">
 <select id="DDL" runat="server">
 <option value="1234">
 <option... and so forth.
 </select>
 <button id="btnImg" runat="server"
onclick="funcDDL"><img></button>
 </form>

public void funcDDL() {
string val = DDL.selectedIndex;
.....
....
}

-T
