ability to translate their designs into HTML-structured pages. Code should
be clean and consistent with quality of design. A comprehensive
understanding of grid-based systems is preferred. You should have the
ability to create adaptable configurable designs while working closely with
other designers and various departments within the organization. User
interface design, Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, HTML and CSS are all
required skills. Illustration skills are a bonus.
