Objectware is looking for strong and/or promising C# Web and Windows Application developers. You will be building custom Business Applications that consist of Back End as well as Front End code. You will be building components that will integrate with user interface that satisfy specific business processes. Data will persist in a RDBMS (Relational Database management system) such as Microsoft's SQL Server so some knowledge of Stored Procedures and Database Design concepts is needed. You will be using Visual Studio.NET with C#. If you posses in addition, knowledge of Visual C++ and COM technology it is a plus but this is not required. Candidate should be comfortable with Database Technology using SQL, Stored Procedures and some RDBMS management. Optimizing Queries and DB Design is part of your job duties. Candidate must be able to design and tackle both Client Server traditional solutions as well as Web Based applications by evaluating user specifications, analyzing existing and proposed systems, and building front end code as well as back end and database code to provide a full cycle of automation. Knowledge of security and server configuration is desired but not a must. * Develops Web applications by studying new technology and implementing existing technology and architecture * Developing prototypes; building n-tier, scalable, Image manipulation and multimedia applications * OO Development and Design -- programming objects, events, functions, error trapping by exception, data verification, interactions, and dynamic updating; * Knowledge of installing, and configuring databases; * Develop user interfaces by preparing a work flow chart and diagram based on subject matter, human factors, and logic; writing queries involving table alterations, views, selects, inner and outer joins, and optimized queries. * Integrates applications by studying and establishing connectivity with network systems, databases, search engines, and information servers using Web Services XML and SOAP. * Confirms Web applications by planning and conducting tests; modifying program sequence and/or debugging codes; resolving problems. * Maintains team accomplishments by communicating essential information; coordinating actions; obtaining expert input; reviewing open issues and action items; contributing information to team meetings and reports. * Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. Skills/Qualifications: Analytical Skills, Excellent Problem Solving, Strong Verbal Communication and persistence to accomplish a task regardless of its difficulty level. Must be be a quick learner and should be able to master new technology quickly.
