We have an IMMEDIATE need for a Technical Project Manager, for a 1+ year consulting assignment in Annapolis, MD., with the possibility of some travel. Position Description: This is a lead position for a technical engineer with project management, resource allocation and proposal writing experience. The position will be supporting the Transportation System Integration group and will be working on several projects. The consultant will need to be able to design and architect a solution given a set of requirements, and will act as the point person for all technical aspects of the project. Required Skills: * .NET background - preferably VB.NET, but C# would be acceptable. * Strong UML. * Systems Integration experience. * Biztalk (preferably 2004, but earlier versions are ok). * SQL Server. * MS Project. * Good Communication.
