We have an IMMEDIATE need for a Sr. C#, ASP.NET Technical Analyst/Developer, for a 4 - month (possible temp-to-hire) consulting assignment in Columbia, MD. Role: We are searching for a Sr. Technical Analyst/Developer with C# and ASP.Net skills. In addition, experience with Microsoft CRM is highly desired. The consultant will work as part of a Technical Support Team and will be responsible for gathering requirements/developing detail designs, coding/testing and debugging production issues. Responsibilities: * Serve as the company expert and point-of-contact for Microsoft CRM. * Direct hands-on experience using BizTalk (preferably BizTalk 2004). * Work with the relevant stakeholders to incorporate best practices into the CRM environment. * Own and maintain CRM system documentation. * Assess business needs and identify potential solutions. * Develop and validate functional requirements. * Validate requirements gathering completeness & on-going maintenance. * Validate test cases against functional requirements, validate test data scenarios. * System test execution, validate development & execution of test plan. * Ensure that system controls are in place to meet compliance requirements. * Assist with production support for Call Center and Sales, assist with on-call rotation. * Estimate work effort. Required Skills: * 2-3 years direct experience with Microsoft CRM. * 2-3 years direct experience with BizTalk (preferably BizTalk 2004). * 2-3 years of deep knowledge of Microsoft Servers and the .NET development toolset. * 4-6 years of experience of Object/Service Oriented design and programming. * Experience with custom development using SDK's. * Prior large project or enterprise project experience (preferred). * Experience implementing CRM systems, good understanding of marketing, sales, service/support business processes. * Structured approach to the design & implementation process. * A team player with strong communication and leadership skills.
