Recruitment Consultant for Barnet McCall Tech - IT&C Team
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Our most expanding Business Units urgently requires a recruiter to join the
Tech team! Focusing primarily on IT&C sector, your client base is
multinational, professional and dynamic - allowing you the opportunity to
develop your consulting skills, be exposed to really interesting positions and
work with most of all well-known companies in the market today.
REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree (technical field ideal, but it's not a must)
- Team-player, optimistic and communicative;
- Strong knowledge of IT and/or technical related issues and a passion for
Engineering;
- In-Depth knowledge of IT&C market in Romania;
- Manage and complete multiple tasks;
- Communicate effectively and professionally in Romanian & English;
- Make decisions and act upon them;
- Prioritize and maintain work stream;
- Motivate, advise and assist colleagues.
RESPONSABILITIES:
- Identify potential candidates in accordance with job description;
- Arrange interview schedule, ensuring office diary is also updated;
- Interview potential candidates, providing positive/negative feedback where
necessary;
- Write candidate reports and correspondence, maintaining constant
communication lines;
- Complete reference checking for all candidates participating in local and
international projects;
- Periodically report project status to colleagues;
- Advise and support the Head of Department in relation to ongoing project
status;
- Act as a formal HR consultant by communicating and presenting information in
the field;
- Maintain personal and company filing systems;
