Training Administrator for Europe and Asia - Part Time! : MICROCHIP TECHNOLOGY Romania Descrierea postului: Upload training calendars for Europe and Asia onto MLC Post training follow up with training delegates – to validate their attendance Distribution of Training Evaluation forms – pre training to validate the need (to ensure delegate understands the course content) and post the event, follow up to collect the completed Evaluation Forms Assist with logistics for organising training, ensuring all delagates have information on location, time and duration Ordering manuals for training courses in timely fashion, ensuring all training collateral arrives at the venue in advance of the event Adopt the role of super user of the MLC system – take on the responsibility for being the help desk support for employees Keep trainers informed of issues, and numbers signing up for courses Sending out acknowedgement emails to employees once they have registered for courses. Send out joining instructions etc, and pre course work where applicable. Coordinate language training classes with external suppliers. Produce quarterly statistics for HR Measurement matrices. Cerinte: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in English language, both written and verbal is a prerequiste. Other European language skills would be an advantage! Ability to work remotely so proactive approach to work must be evident from previous work experience. Organisation skills, with strong attention to detail. High level of IT skills, with experience in all Microsoft Office packages, including Outlook. Degree in Faculty of Letter or Administrative College.
