Descrierea postului: Junior Consultant position is challenging, requiring heavily analytical, creative, and interpersonal skills. Juniors work closely with Senior Consultants and Managers on client engagements and are quickly exposed to many different business functions and issues. The responsibilities of Juniors are broadly defined and are expected to increase quickly as aptitude is demonstrated. Juniors also participate in identifying and analyzing strategic and tactical issues facing clients, and play a key role in formulating presentation materials. We are looking for 3 persons who will join our team in the implementation of a training program implemented at national level. These persons will: - Prepare training materials; - Participate in logistics activities (maintain the relationship with the suppliers, organize training sessions, deliver training materials, prepare invitations and maintain the relationship with the trainees etc.); - Offer continuous support for trainers before, during and after training sessions; - Prepare various reports in Romanian and English; - Translate different materials – Romanian to English.
