Saw onTv last evening lots of hints by local film Stars--how not to fall prey to HIV/AIDS-and that we ought to treat AIDs cases humanely--
Saw also a news item in the BBC Internet-Manmohan Singh asking society to speak out OPENLY to Children on Safe Sex.
What is it that is holding back the world from the PM's Bold advice?
And what Pray? is the link between the Virus labelled HIV , and the disease called AIDS
I am ignorant-and till lucid scientific explanation come--the world will continue to be.
Maybe Umesh can invoke Vedic Mantras and Antidotes,
Thabo M'Beki remained in focus of Clinton when Thabo backed the Dissident SA Scientists that the link is only the brainchild of US Drugs Industry and their IPR and flowback of Oil Dollars!

India is soon be No. ONE in HIV cases (already 5 million out of a world total of 30 million HIV/AIDS victims are in India). WHO does not believe India's claim that it has reduced in one year its HIV rate dropped from 500,000 new cases per year to only 28,000 new cases per year.Any views?Umesh
