"Leaders". Economists,Planners,So -called- Civil -Engineers , Geologists, Seismologistst,  Structure Analyst-Theorists, must learn simultaneously    and get their basics straight.

You get the same energy from a cascade of 10x 50m high dams as you will from 2x250m high dams in the path of the same river.

But10x50m configuration will cost say33%-and safety from possible disasters  = x10 times.

Any Nuclear Power station is x6 times to build and fuels cost enslavement and perpetuual bleeding.

This last part is known to our Bhagya Vidhatas. Yet they want it!!They only know why.
