That was a good article by Sanjib-da but how can govt provide all the jobs --shouldn't the graduates become entrepreneurs to improve Indian agriculture --become farmers using better techniques.
 
Good to note that Keith Catone of Assamese community (through marriage) has graduated from Harvard GSE and will be there for the doctoral program. I assume he is a US citizen -- I wish more of Assamese community - from India would do the same -like Vivek Khemka from Dibrugarh has joined this year in the Mind, Brain and Education program.
