Your idea of water selling from a deepwell-from a flowing strata- is already being practiced in Guwahati. One party is preparing to sell as bottled  Mineral Water. There are some beautiful sources in and around which surface as Nizaras ,Zuriis.

Look for the source -you end up at perennial streams of VIRGIN Water from deep down.

And even Bhorolu's (open sewer) water can be made drinking grade in my Electroflocculation treatment- in a few minutes. I have already supplied hundred +such systems to get rid of Iron,Fluoride,Smell,smack-all kinds of water-borne Bacteria. If you have stomack problem -you have only one way out-my Elektro-Assist system.My system is the future solution for world's drinking water crisis.

Just for the sake of information. I failed to get sufficient water for domestic use at my Jatia house near Dispur. I went as deep as I could following local advice. I am afraid I do not see any commercial prospects for a young entrepreneur as you suggested.
