One beautiful thing about India is that unlike USA/UK,
Presidents and Prime Ministers of India are accessible. (Oh! I know, do
not question me on it: I have solid proof). In my earlier e-mail I
suggested to Baroda that he might make use of the good offices of the
Chief Minister of Assam. Now that I know from Mridul that the documents actually
lie in Government of India archives, why not aproach the Prime Minister of India
from Assam?
