some might like it despite atheists becoming angry and suing astronauts for
reading from Torah/Old Testament/Bible while orbiting the moon - accusing them
of mixing church and state. A very good movie - surprising that such men of
science believed more after seeing Earth from beyond - seeing all theri loved
ones from afar - considered Earth to be Garden of Eden.
For me it was good to see MIT's prowess from afar - how they designed the whole
thing under vision of Harvard grad John F Kennedy.
Turbulent 60s with Vietnam, Martin Luther King Jr, Women's Rights also saw the
enterprising spirit of the West - I saw the movie alongwith those who had seen
the TV clips first hand when they were in their twenties and thirties when men
went to the moon. The woman in the wheelchair with one leg in the sling seemed
a bit odd -while in ticket line ahead of me. She and others were so oversome
with emotion -seeing their generation guys talk so keenly about the era of good
times and adventure.
India still has to see that era of good times and glory.
