Dear Mr. Samudra Gupta Kashyap: When you interviewed the unfortunate victim of the Beltola incident, you kept the name hidden. That was the obvious thing to do. However, yesterday in the Amaar Axom, I found two names have been quoted: One of the victim and another of a girl whom the victim allegedly tried to protect and in the bargain got into the mess. Is it fair reporting? What Amar Axom has done is to attribute a statement to the CPI (ML) which also say that the unfortunate girl's father has died of a heart attack after the incident. Is it true? Is it not a pity that even the CPI (ML) has now come to muddy the water. Shantikam Hazarika
