Dear Umesh,
It is always universal to mis quote things away from the mainstream.Like how
Assam is for rest of India and India for rest of the world.Wrong things got
faster publicity. But the scientific value is merely understood by these
circulating people.
See if remember what Gandhiji said about goat milk as well Hazarat Mohammed.
Anyway to talk about Chena bakhar,I was saying the scientific parts of them
Assam kings, who was narrated as highly un educated as well the
people-Praja.Thousands of year ago how they made gun powder in tonnes to fire
and to make meedicine of it! None did studied this so far I know. The goat urine
is not direct one.Its like how a 5-15 yrs old matured XXX Rum is made of.If one
sees how Rum is made of, he/they will never drink it again.Same way the Chena
Bakhar making. It takes years- and the sticky soil is filtered, evaporated
cleaned etc.....
Ok, I will collect from home in my next trip and airmail to you(Provided US
security allow it)
  Bikash da.

  Bikash-da,

Some school age students once asked me US - do Hindus have to drink cow urine
as part of their rituals. I replied no - though Indians in rural areas do use
cow dung to plaster their houses - supposed to keep insects away and use cow
dung patties as fuel. Ofcourse, I mentioned that their is a drink which
contains milk and cow urine etc - five elements of the cow (excpet meat
ofcourse) which a Brahmin has to take as a sip - (Panchamrit ??) when going for
a ceremony - Janeoo. I never went thru the casteist ceremony - though whoever
gets married has to go for it.

Now your goat-urine medicine seems like that - why not go for Potassium Nitrate
crystals from checmical factories? (if approved by the govt).

Umesh
