This is a common response to two last mails on the issue:

It is not late or earlier. It is also a 'may'. It is only view expressed based
on a person's own perceptions. What has not happened yet, we can only
speculate. Is there any guarantee? If there is, on what basis?

Except in spontaneous cases, the leaders, who belive in a certain goal, usually
have lead the masses in the mass actions. Today, we have seen Kashmiri leaders,
after all these years, trying to take the masses with them from the rudimentary
level of actions. Whether they ultimately succeed or not shall be decided by
future history. But the effort is there to start working from the level of the
consciousness of the masses they seek to liberate. And by the way, what is this
question about 'excuses'? What is the basis of questioning someone's integrity
of thought and belief, and being intolerant?

By the way, can anyone shed light on the recent events that make things unclear
for everyone. Some people, who had been leading the liberation struggle, have
suddenly ceased fire without prior permission and proper consultation. Yes,
these people are entitled to a change of view/ opinion, if such change is
honest and not by lure of the lucre. But should they be called renegades? And
what is the guarantee that those, who would call them turncoats now, will not
do the same a few years hence? Because, we have been witnessing such
mud-slinging, killings, internecine fights, fatricidal wars for quite some
time. If the present liberartors are entitled to a changed opinion later, then
what is their locus standi to kill someone, be intolerant for not subscribing
to their present views or having a change of opinion/view?
