From your solemn declaration it appears that you have adjudged on the basis of evidence etc. on record before you. What about the earlier actions of the accused, the consequent proceedings etc? Are you going to tell us about that? Are the evidence that you have in your possession proven in the court of law or are those the basis of the First Information to the police only?
