<I have been thinking - we could set up "parallel" government structures - all
powered by volunteers - to take up some of the work which the GoA should be
doing or keeps out of absolutely. Funding for activities can come from tax
deductible donations. Normally GoA will take the money and do nothing, why not
donate and get a tax deduction AND see your money put to good use.> Why a GOA
at all? IMAGINE ONE WITHOUT any !

Ministry : A MINISTER again ---- with IQ CLOSE TO 20?

Social Welfare/Education - of the Volunteer Govt of the people of Assam is
already functioning [ are you sure]- case in point - all the social activities
being done by AFNA/FASS. Quite frankly, our leaders for tomorrow can come from
these organizations.

Wow!!

IMDT was made irrelevant,-- How many could you have expelled to where-had
IMDT been adored like India 'Constitution'?
created unqualified ministers/MLA's-- 32% of your people pushed buttons for
these!!,
criminalized politics,-- You pushed Buttons
made educational system dysfunctional --- Say" We are now truly 4th rate babus
- no good for man or beast "
etc.-- Spell out all of it -- Good excercise -- for you and all the audience

It feels like our own land has been taken away by someone else. Your people
have all come to Guwahati-- and somebody has to grow food for Guwahati Babus
I had a lot of respect for Dr. Bhumi Barman after hearing his generous and
caring medical practice days in Chamta and Solmara from my parents. He now
converses every night with Biraa(Ghosts)
However he seems to be with other side these days. When you cannot beat the
racket --JOIN IT!
What a sad transformation! It is painful ... WELL, DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT--
LIBERATE YOURSELF!
