<I have been thinking - we could set up "parallel" government structures - all powered by volunteers - to take up some of the work which the GoA should be doing or keeps out of absolutely. Funding for activities can come from tax deductible donations. Normally GoA will take the money and do nothing, why not donate and get a tax deduction AND see your money put to good use.> Why a GOA at all? IMAGINE ONE WITHOUT any !
