Dilipda, :-) "Tax paid" is clean money; disclosed by the person for tax purposes. Its antonym is 'black money', on which tax has not been paid. However, 'tax paid' may not ipso facto mean 'honest money'. A smuggler or a dishonest official may disclose their ill-gotten income for tax purposes, albeit under other euphemisms to avoid criminal proceedings, and pay taxes thereon. So, 'tax paid' money ain't so white either!
