Thanks for the forward......an interesting read. I was clueless before. Is it for real though? Isn't it that regardless of their religion, leaders that take steps against corruption would have to face this type of circumstances? Is corruption present because of the government and their policies? Well, the PWD office, the Electricity office, the Post Office - all are government offices. And what about the mindset of the people that bring the government/public money home? Will they stop behaving like it's their earned income if rules are set (as if there are no rules!) Clueless again!
