Rose Valley under Assam govt scanner Assam chief minister Tarun Gogoi has assured action against the non-banking finance companies, which are active in Assam and allegedly engaged in financial irregularities. Mr Gogoi (also in charge of finance), after receiving a number of complaints (primarily against Rose Valley Chain Marketing System Ltd, Kolkata), recently said at a public meeting at Sivsagar in eastern Assam that the state government would start an investigation into the matter immediately.
