******* Good observation Saurav. The exploiting of Kuli vote bank for Congress is over; it has started in Khumtai. Ali Kuli votes have nurished Congress in Assam. Alis have already formed UMF. Now Kulis are ready for their own candidates. Mazdur and non-mazdur congress leaders have exploted the Kulis for vote, but hardly done anything to uplift their condition. The new generation is educated and they are asking for fair share. Alis and backward classes deserted Congress in Bihar and UP. Mulayam, Laloo and Mayawati are their new leaders. If Kulis desert the Congress in Assam, it will be the end of Congress rule. I am sure Congress has learnt a lesson in Khumtai; we are going to see more of Tantis and Mundas like Alis and Hussains in Congress list. I think it is good for democracy.
