US exports to China: $22 billion imports from China: $125 billion trade deficit: $103 billion
US export to Japan: $51 bil imports: $121 bil trade deficit: $70 bil
US export to EU: $157 bil imports: $245 bil trade deficit: $90 bil
Exports 2002 US - UK 33 bil US - France 19 bil US - germany 26 bil
Imports 2002 US - UK 40 b US - france 28 b US - germany 62 b
and throw in the amts invested in US t-bills and stocks by european mutual funds and FDI inflows.
now someone should ask these southern republicans to cancel all their lucrative business deals with the Euros.....thats real patriotism!
