Mr. Shauquat Alam, originally from Digholi Pukhuri, Guwahati and currently residing in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia with his family will be accompanying son Shoaib to the US during 13th through 24th, July2003. Shoaib has been sponsored by the Congressional Youth Leadership Council, USA to attend the 2003 Global Youth Leaders Conference scheduled in Washington D.C (near George Washington University's Mt. Vernon Campus) and in New York city (Manhattan College).
