I had a chance to join a get together where members of various countries were present . I noticed two things.
1) Members of Indian community from different regions brought "CHAAT" food, special to their community. I think , Assamese people do not have "CHAAT" food to offer .
2) Children from China/Mexico can speak their own language fluently while, Indians dont. Indian parents tells that teaching two languages is not proper , because it confuses the children. I am not very sure about that.
