FORCE, FRAUD, INDUCEMENT or ALLUREMENT
*** How does one convert someone by force? If someone is FORCED to be converted, what prevents the converted from escaping from such a conversion? Is it something that somehow is irreversible? As in 'jaat mora'? *** Same for FRAUD. *** WHAT is inducement? If I, the converter claim that my faith is better than yours or the SC justices', and my mark/target accepts it, because of an inducement of a better life hereafter or a TV set, HOW can the SC counter that, or prevent that? What gives the SC justices the right to tell my target that he cannot go worship my god, because of accepting that TV set, or the promise of a straight shot to heaven? *** SAME for ALLUREMENT. How can the keepers of the predominant faith counter an allurement of a better a life hereafter that I the converter dangle on the face of the potential convertee? What will be their argument? If Father Converter sells the idea that Mr. Untouchable will be treated as equal in heaven and here in Saffronnagar as well, if he accepts Jimminy as the true God's Son, HOW will Sri Saffron prove that Fr. Converter is using prohibited ALLUREMENT ? What is the standard against which ALLUREMENT will be measured by the keepers of the faith that is scared of losing its enslaved ranks? It is totally absurd is how I see it. Once again proving that individual rights in Indian democracy is a joke.
