One thing for sure would be to stop the WHINING that has become the hallmark of anyone who has anything to say about the NE predicament. People in other states in India have shown the way. So have politicians that have been thrown up by the people. And the bureacrats they have brought in. There is nothing wrong with the system. As you said, it is not rocket science. And one does not need to go into the collective depths of NE's intellectual ocean to find a "unique" solution. It just needs people to work and make the system work. __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!? Yahoo!
