By the way, I am wondering if anyone remembers the setting up of the Brahmaputra Board way back in the early part of 1980.I understand that a comprehensive report was submitted after carrying out the detailed studies.The report must be lost in the river of oblivion.This is, perhaps, a case which proves that Center bites off more than it can chew.
