U surprise me --ur view of NRAs is just the opposite of mine.
I have had a sneaking feeling that even the first generation NRAs have started forgetting their parent's faith .
If someone has forgottten --he or she cannot be accused of trying to preserve it -- let alone support violent and rabid supporters of a cause --which goes by the name of Hindutva or VHP - these days. I don't know why VHP guys forget that when the gun came --the sword lost, and when the cannon came the guns lost, and when the tank came the machine gun lost , and when the atom bomb came alll was lost.
Then how can stupid-looking daggers which go by the name of trishuls (I don't think these VHP guys got to Shiv temples -- to see the shape of a real Trishul!!) can match AK 47s or WMDs which are in possession of Islamic militants etc.
On the other hand I find that the NRAs would like to ensure that the Hindus in India maintain a peaceful image --- to promote "beneficial" stereotyping for Hindus everywhere - all over the world.
