As per the newsreoprts I read yesternight after my whirling mobike trip from Delhi-Gurgaon -- I was mighty glad that I am taking such pains to get an international exposure.
The High Court has got data from the central Water bodies deptt that after 2006 there will be no underground water in Jaipur (there is neglibile above ground now -anyway) and till 2008 no water will be available till 2008 -when Bisalpur Dam -150 kms away would be pipelined -to provide water.
It is anybody's guess how the school lawns and swimming pools would be maintained even then.
From 2006-2008 the land prices must fall -and would be a Golden period for any investor.

PS - I saw it as a golden opportunity to beg for Harvard funding from the rich jewellers -who would like to cultivate international contacts -once they are forced to leave jaipur -becos of water shortage
