Hi,

As most of you are aware I have got admission in the MEd program at Harvard University - a program for one year -starting September 2004.

I need your help.

I am applying for $30,000/- intl student loan for the same.

As per terms and conditions of the loan -a US citizen or Green Card holder has to be the cosigner of the loan ( http://www.internationalstudent.com/loans/intl_terms.shtml )
which I can repay in 25 years.
I plan to repay a major part within one year of completing the program , while the one year on-the-job training in USA for which I will be paid salary. For this my student visa will suffice.

The balance I have 25 years to repay - which should not be a problem.

I have to apply for the loan within 10 days - so that the company can clear the loan within a month-before June -so that Visa formailities can be completed in time.

I am also trying to get gifts/scholarships from rich people here - thus if I collect the amount here only -then perhaps I may not need the loan - but just in case I do not - I plan to apply within the time limits.

I am hopeful of getting $15,000/- as fellowship from UNESCO and have got $6,000/- from the Harvard University. The total cost is $50,600/- - so for the balance $30,000/- I am applying for loan. http://www.gse.harvard.edu/~finaid/tuition.html

Try to help me.

Umesh
