I have a higher Law which trumps that one:

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion,
or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom
of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to
assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

So here's a thought: Congress can take their unlawful Digital Millennium
Copyright Act, divide it into hundreds of pieces, and shove it up their
assholes. Too bad it's too late to impeach Clinton for signing it.

Don't these jerks *read* the Constitution that they swear to uphold?
