Do we? I think it is better to speak for oneself on these topics.
I think it is a very scary proposition to the establishment. That seems to be the real truth. Otherwise India could instantly call the militants' bluff and prove, once and for all, that it is Delhi the people want to look after them.

In most cases, even in lawless Manipur, people have defied rebels and gone forward to vote - voting percentages are more than 50% same as in rest of India.
