Does anyone have any idea how plugged in our various
liberation armies are in the drug trade? From all
accounts, the narcotics that get produced in Myanmar
crosses through Manipur, Assam and then on to Nepal
and/or Mumbai for the international market.
Are border military forces such as the BSF also
involved?
