Here is something interesting! It seems Tezpur University is planning to capture the education market of the South East Asia in a novel way. They are planning to offer ELT Degree and Diploma course for the South East Asian countries. Considering the large number of SEA population coming to India for the same courses (I was also a part of those programs in India), Tezpur University might very well grab the opportunity. I am not quite sure about the course Tezpur University right now... still waiting for details.

Maybe they should integrate a special paper on South East Asian business in their MBA course too. BTW Tezpur University has been teaching Chinese diploma courses for the last two years and this year they are going to increase the faculty strength to accomodate a more intensive courses.
Another great news is that Tezpur University is probably going to be a part of the EDUSAT programme of the Govt of India where they will be holding virtual classrooms.
Rajen kaiti, hoise diyok olop olopke! I wholeheartedly agree to your thoughts and I think with the recent changes we should be optimistic that the HOBO DIYOK will somehow be limited in Assam.
I think we all should mail people in Tezpur University congratulating at least on their endeavors of thinking BIG. We all should encourage those people on them as "encouragement" finds hardly any place in the dictionaries of people back home.
