Dear Friend, The event brochure (and registration form) of the much anticipated event of this summer - Assam 2005 - is here! On behalf of the Organizing Committee, I'm very pleased to invite you and your family and friends to spend some quality time this summer with our expatriate Assamese community during the July 4th weekend in Orlando, Florida. This community organized event will be held at the Coronado Springs Resort situated at the heart of Disney World. As you know, Assam 2005 is part of an on-going effort to bring together the scattered Assamese community in North America for a celebration of our heritage and culture. In addition to showcasing the creative talents of the Assamese artists in North America, there will be sparkling performances by a few renowned artists from Assam, such as Jitul Sonowal, Elora Bora Singh, etc. We are confident that your presence will add to the exuberance of the greater Assamese Diaspora!
