India6767 Complain against TSR This service is for the general public who can now complain against auto-rickshaws through SMS. With this service you can instantly inform the Delhi Traffic Police about any auto-rickshaw problem you might be facing anywhere, at any time of the day. Send your complaint to 6767 in the format explained below and we would take appropriate action against the auto-rickshaw. You will also receive instant acknowledgement on your mobile for the complaint registered. SMS Formats: Overcharging If the auto-rickshaw does not agree to run on metered service and insists on going on flat rate then SMS: OVC <vehicleno> <location> <time> to 6767 (include your message at the end) Eg: If you are at CP and want to go to Janpath and the auto-rickshaw asks you for Rs 50 whereas it would cost you less that if you go by the meter then send: OVC DL123 CP 3PM Auto asking Rs 50 for Janpath. Refusal If an auto-rickshaw refuses to take you to your scheduled destination on any pretext then SMS: REF <vehicleno> <location> <time> to 6767 (include your message at the end) Eg: If you are near IIT and want to go to Vasant Kunj and the auto-rickshaw refuses to take you then you would send: REF DL123 IIT 5PM Auto refusing to go to Vasant Kunj.
Misbehavior If the auto-rickshaw driver misbehaves with you during or after the journey then SMS: MIB <vehicleno> <location> <time> to 6767 (include your message at the end) Eg: If you are traveling in an auto-rickshaw and the driver starts quarreling with you over some pretext and uses foul language then send: MIB DL 123 CP 5PM Auto driver using foul language.
Harassment If the auto-rickshaw harasses you during or after the journey then SMS: HAR <vehicleno> <location> <time> to 6767 (include your message at the end) Eg: If you are traveling in an auto and the driver picks up more passengers/his friends on the way on any pretext then send: HAR DL 123 IIT 3 PM Auto picking up extra passengers on the way. ********************************************************************************************************* (For official use only)

4. Media Service This is a authenticated service for media Mobile Numbers which will provide instant information to media from Traffic Police . Service Name:Press AUTHENTICATED SERVICES: 5. Prosecution Information Service This service is authenticated for police personnel only. It tells as to how many prosecutions have been done in a particular traffic circle under various heads and the total compounding challans and amount etc is shown as well.
Similarly to know the prosecutions of a district P <Distt Code for that distt> 6. Accident Information Service This service is authenticated for police personnel only, It tells the number of simple,fatal and total accidents for a particular circle for the corresponding period of year 2001 & 2002.It also tells the number of injured and Killed persons in a particular area/circle. This is an authenticated service for police personnel only. This service gives the information about the owner of the vehicle whose registration number has been provided in the SMS. SMS Format:W <Registration Number first part> <Registration Number second part> 8. Driving License This is an authenticated service for the police personnel only. This service provides information regarding pervious offences done by the Driving License holder to the challing officer for enhanced punishment recommendation to the violator. Service Name: Driving 9. Broadcast Service This is the service for broadcasting SMS messages to police personnel which has been authenticated in the Police Database.At any particular time SMS can be broadcast to any number of police personnel whose numbers have been added in the database and who have been given the parameter 'true'.This is a service for the HTTP
i.e for browser and cannot be initiated from a SMS. 10. Information Insertion Service This is a service which will be used by the administrator for the Solagem Messenger at the Traffic Police, SMS Center to insert records into databases for Helpline , Traffic Info Services. The basic parameters for all the three services are the same .This is an HTTP initiated service and can be done through browser only. IN addition to these services there are various services which are running in the background for maintaining log and tracking the mobile numbers who have viewed the services. |
