I am no expert on these things, but I suspect there might be some provision of freedom of speech or expression. Freedom of the Press is a derivative of that principle.

Most people believe,one suspects,that there exists in India some unique priviledge known as " freedom of the press". In fact,( it seems) there is no specific provision in India ensuring freedom of the press.Could you imagine that?
