Maybe someone took liberties to send it to the AT, but it was with
good in mind, even though unethical. Anyway, YOU would not write
something in Assam Net that you may not want others to read, would
you ?

apparently sent that letter (or part of it) to the AT. There were
some words that were missing there, I would have corrected and sent
it to a "formal" place like a newspaper, but someone did it without
my adding those words to make it a "better" letter.
