Are these 'talks' or 'negotiations' Is this the administration that
believes 'You are either with us or against us' or 'The US will never
negotiate with terrorists and insurgents'

Several pundits analyze this a the beginings of an Exit Strategy. It
stands to reason that with fast diminishing poll numbers for the
support for war, and the general lack of will for Americans for a
prolonged, unwarranted, and 'not in my backyard' war, the
Administration may be well planning a sly exit out of Iraq.

And why not?
