For quite some time I had some questions to the people of Assam. On the wake of
the recent blasts, some more have been added. I think, if we can reply the
questions honestly and work for getting the answers in the real sense, we can
still make it. I still feel that Assam is the greatest thing that has happened
to my life and I am proud to say that I belong to this wonderful land and
cherish every moment of my stay there.

Please try to find out the answers to my queries.

If we look back at history, where the bomb blasts have taken place and why?
Is it so tough to protect those places, if not why such things are happening
again and again? Whose failure is this?
While walking through these busy intersections, can’t we be a little more
vigilant? Do we have to depend on the police all the time?
Isn’t it time that some of the militant groups, who advocate for a free Assam
make their position against such bombing clear to the general public and decide
about accepting support from the general public instead of those sworn enemy
countries?
Do you feel that these castrated politicians will ever be able to serve you and
protect you?
If you don’t, what we should do? To whom we should look forward to?
Does Assam lack intellectuals, who can be active in politics and replace these
castrated political leaders or whoever goes to Lanka becomes ‘Ravana’?
We are crying time and again against the influx of Bangladeshis to Assam. How
are they surviving in Assam? What is their source of earning? Are they taking
chances of our laziness? Can they survive in Assam if we don’t depend on them
and replace them in all the areas of their expertise? Do we have it in us?
Will we be always happy with what we have? Will we ever learn to be optimistic
and aim for the stars?
