The OP, if he has read all the posts, is not daunted by lots of paging for seven seconds instead of no paging for one one-hundredth of a second elapsed time. I would assume from his choice that the elapsed time was irrelevant for him, in spite of its being the usual meaning of "efficient" for almost everyone else.
