No. Remember, these are vector operations. ALL ELEMENTS of the third operand are compared (in parallel i.e. simultaneously!) with the elements of the second operand proceeding left to right.

This is not theory. We use this HEAVILY in production software that's been in the field since September 2016 and it *CRUSHES* TRT!

Just try it rather than thinking you understand it from a misinterpretation of PoOp.
