I don't know if this was responded to or not, but the following is likely true, but not overly important, because it's not the "expected" way <snip> It can be obtained by going through https://www-01.ibm.com/servers/resourcelink, however, this requires an IBM Resourcelink user ID and the pub seems to be in a machine model specific library (for example, the "z15 Model T01 library"). </snip>:
The PoP can be found here: http://publibfp.dhe.ibm.com/epubs/pdf/a227832c.pdf It is within the hardware doc which is where it belongs. It does not require a ResourceLink ID to access. But, yes, it would be nice if there were a link to it from the z/OS doc. And when a new version is posted, they append to assembler-list, providing the link. Peter Relson z/OS Core Technology Design
